increasing your faith, courage and positive thoughts.

Anxiety, stress, and fear cripple you from living your best life. You gotta fight any unrealistic and excessive worry by increasing your faith, courage, and confidence. We’ll do that with positive affirmations.

Distorted negative messages you tell yourself about whatever situation you’re facing creates worry and anxiety. Worry is a form of avoidance—a way to not have to deal with what you’re afraid of.  Avoiding your fears rather than facing them head on creates tension.

Once you identify your fearful self-talk, you can replace it with these positive affirmations for anxiety, stress, and fear.

For best results, say these positive morning affirmations for anxiety out loud or to yourself with me for at least the next 21 days.

It’s actually just good ol’ scripture in the bible about what you need to think about so you can have peace.

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.

Nothing new under the sun, right?

It’s also part of a tried and true, research-based approach called Cognitive Behavior Therapy, which is used to treat all sorts of mental health issues.   Basically, whatever you think is connected to how you feel and eventually what you do. So positive affirmations help you to replace your thoughts in order to do something (worry less, take a leap of faith, risk it all for love) different.
